Add an "X" alignment guide to the worksheet

Diagonal cross guides added to the worksheet would be would helpful when accurate placement is required and when multi-hooping.

Great idea.
At the moment I do it like this.
open shape line -40 40 on booth sides. later remove the lines.

What I really want is a diagonal ruler, not only for the workspace but also on the digitzing space. so you can put diagonal guidelines.
