file artwork showing trough the digitizing layer.

if I have an artwork open and put a closed fill over it, I can not see my artwork so good. If I put true view off I can see trough but not very goog. Especially if I have more layers. Suppose I have two layers over my artwork and I want to cut a piece or a hole. it is hard to see the artwork you are working on. It would be nice to have something like photoshop with its layers, where you can go from 0% to 100% of opacity for each layer. If that is not possible then perhaps something that shows the artwork better even with layers on top.

I second this. An opacity to slider for designs would be great.
Though, the current workaround is to just hide all layers that aren't being worked on.

Hi, this was an old message.

What you need to do is "right mouse click", then "hide selected object". and the selected layer will be hidden.
