Have Digitize Blocks tool default to Fill Stitch Type

It would be really useful to have the Digitize Blocks tool default to using a Fill stitch type.

So many times I have selected this tool and ended up with an outline and then had to re-digitize after selecting Fill on the context bar. Even if I did want an outline, I could change it to that after digitizing but when you change it from outline to fill, it has no angle lines and it is no longer a column but a closed shape.
