Hatch Embroidery 3 moves at glacial pace

So, I've been using Hatch Embroidery 3 and I am very frustrated by the sluggishness of the program. It is not an issue with my processor, or RAM, and it is only happening with this program.

Also? Why can I make a sandwich in the amount of time it takes this program to load? Feels like 1998.
