Thread Colors

After I created my design in hatch3, it was saved as a PES file on a USB stick and read into my embroidery machine, unfortunately the thread colors are not displayed correctly. However, the machine is set to the correct thread color. I also tried to read in the file using another program. The thread color is also set correctly in the program and unfortunately it is not displayed correctly either.
I use ISACORD 40wt
my machine is a Brother XJ1.
Maybe someone can tell me what to do to fix this error. a heartfelt thank you

Try changing the thread brand to Original in the embroidery settings of your machine and see if that makes a difference.
