Hatch3 Exporting Wrong Colour Chart

Hi there,
I have upgraded to Hatch3 and I have an Elna expressive 920 machine. When I export the embroidery file in Hatch I am choosing a colour chart I have made, which is a subset of the Marathon chart. However, when I open the file in the sewing machine, the colour chart refers to JSP numbers, not Marathon numbers. I have never had this problem before and I can't see where the problem is. Can anyone think of a soloution?

Does your machine recognize Marathon numbers? If the machine does not have the Marathon programmed in the machine, it will convert the colors to a chart it does have. Which could be JSP.
