Why wont the design worksheets print out in color

Ever since we updated to Hatch 3, we have had so many different issues... there is one that we cannot - still- figure it out.

Why since upgrading to hatch 3 we are not able to print work sheets in color? it only prints in black and white.

Check your printer settings and also check to make sure your printer is not out of color ink. Hatch does not change any printer settings. It only connects to the default printer you have set. Try this. Go to File Menu > Print Preview. Check the printer selected and also click to check in the properties/settings of your printer. Also, go to another program and print something in color. If still a problem, please put in a technical support ticket.
