Underlay looks ok on screen, but not when stitched from machine

I am using Hatch with a Bernina Artista 180 machine and am having trouble with how text is stitched compared to what the design shows on the computer. I have been using the default settings for text, choosing my font from the included Hatch fonts, selecting the correct fabric and following the recommendation for stabilizing, but when I stitch it, the underlay stitches wider than the overlaying stitches. I am not sure how to fix the issue so that what I see in design and what I get stitched are the same.

I see a lot of puckering around your letters. Also, your hooping is "unbalanced" because you don't have the fabric hooped evenly all the way around; this results in an unstable hooping. Youll do better with a sticky stabilizer, floating, and a basting stitch..
