Multi-hooping with Bernina hoops

I'm trying to do a multi-hoop design in hatch with the 165x265 hoop and when I export it and load it onto my machine it shows that the designs are past the "ok" embroidery area of the hoop so it won't stitch the design out. How can I create a hoop boundary so the design and stitch markers aren't too close to the hoop itself?
