file After upgrading to Hatch v3 thumbnails don't show up in the design library

I am running windows 11 in a parallel VM with a Mac M1 chip. The thumbnails in the Design Library don't show up instead show the hatch logo. I followed all the steps and trou,bleshooting procedures including File options and Disk Clean up. The design Thumbnails were showing up in version 2, but when I upgraded to version 3 it no longer shows up. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try changing the icons to medium or higher by clicking on View > Medium Icons or View > Large Icons.

Hello can anyone let me know if changing the icons to medium worked? I also have an M1 chip Macbook and I'm interested in upgrading from Hatch V2 to V3 but I'm worried about this problem.

There is a current issue with thumbnails on MAC's running Hatch 3 that have the M1 Chip. This will be fixed in an upcoming update.
