file Hatch 3 freezing

I purchased Hatch 3 about a month ago and it would start and freeze on me. I had the bare minimal RAM requirements so thought that was it..everything else good. So, finally got to purchase some more RAM now have total of 20gb of RAM, first couple of times froze. So, uninstalled and reinstalled with the updated version. It worked after about 40 mins, but super slow. Now, it will load and freeze up again.

Any suggestions on how to get this working properly. I have a home screen and a blue circle and it will go on and on for ever. Have been setting here an hour now and still same.
