Rotating Hoop

Hi There. Does Hatch 3 split and code large designs so that they can be stitched out on a large (360 x 350 mm) rotating hoop? This would entail not only splitting the design, but also coding it so that the second half stitches rotated (upside down). The design also needs to be recognised by the machine brand, in my case Pfaff VP3. Thankyou.
