Download Fonts

I have purchased fonts earlier this year, I got an email that said close and restart Hatch, I did that but the fonts are not there, can anyone please help me download the fonts or should I raise a technical ticket? For the life of me I can not find a download option on the website.

Hello, Did you purchase fonts from Hatch website or from a different vender? If from Hatch, yes, you only need to restart the software. They will show up in the list as the individual font name. If you do not find them, please submit a support ticket so they can pull your account.
