I purchased the upgrade for Hatch Embroidery 3 on 6-1-22 and after I sign in I get a message Failed to Parse Entitlements which causes the program not to open.
I have submitted a support ticket and a Hatch Support Tech did try to help with resulting in still not being able to sign in and use the program. They sent a reply the same day saying they would escalate the issue.
I am asking if any one else have this issue and was it fixed. I would really like to use and learn more about the new upgrade.
Same issue! My issue began with the trial version. I was never able to use it. I decided to purchase the software, thinking the issue was with the trial version, no luck. The purchased software won't load. It still tells me I have no active trials and that it's failed to parse entitlements. Support hasn't been in touch in 4 days.
