can't edit stitch angle in version 3

I just upgraded to version 3 and now I can't edit the stitch angle in reshape mode.

I can see you have a Digitizer level 3.0.
Can you send us the file that you've worked on for us to further check.
I tested on my end using a rectangle object and I can edit the stitch angle.
