lightbulb Wrong version in the customer account

Hi.

I have Hatch Embroidery V2 digitizers.
Only hatch organizer shows up in my account. That's why I can't buy the V3 update.
What can I do?

I wrote about the support form. But haven't gotten an answer yet. I hope my question got through.

Sorry for the Bad English. I am writing from Germany with google translator.
