I purchased Hatch 3 Upgrade last night, installed using link in the email from Hatch following my purchased. When I tried to login, I get the message User Does Not Exist. I confirmed my information was correct and even re-installed the software. I can login to Hatch 2 with the same credentials. I created an Urgent Support Ticket but haven't heard from Hatch. Any suggestions?
