Hatch V3 installation file?

I paid the upgrade from V2.1 to V3 today.
The suggested upgrade path on the page you'll get after payment doesn't work. (says close hatch V2 and restart it. It will upgrade to V3)
Asked Wilcom about via FB and they said I need to uninstall/reinstall Hatch.
I searched all possible places for the installation file, but do not find any link to it.

Posted a support ticket, but they're sleeping now.

Who knows where I can find the file? Anyone out there?

You need to download the Hatch 3 installation, there is a link on the invoice which you should have got via email. Please check your spam/junk folder.
