Hatch Digitizer & Hatch Embroidery 2

Hello, are Hatch 2 and 2.1 different from Hatch digitizer? I am going to purchase Digitizer and on another site, I saw Hatch Embroidery 2, but there was no upgrade on the Hatch website to tier up from Digitizer, so I'm a little confused as to what it is.
