Concurrent login

Can anyone help? I'm trying to login to my program and it says I can't login due to too many concurrent logins. I've only logged in on this laptop ever with this account and it wasn't logged in for a while. I did end task and it still wouldn't login. I'm new to this so I'm not sure what else I can try. Thanks in advance!
