file Can't purchase the digitizing software with flex pay?

I had been using the free trial of the software and really like it. The trial finally expired and it was time to make the purchase, but they flexpay option keeps saying I need to sign in, when I'm already signed in... does this option not work anymore?! Been trying all weekend to get the software... this probably isn't the place to be asking this... but I can't find anyway to contact a person... so hoping maybe someone sees this here?

Have you tried to use a different internet browser?
Are there no restrictions or pop-up blockers that might cause this issue on your end?

Please let me check it remotely with you and assist.
