My question is 'How can I import/bring in a Vector file?' Also, which 'program' do I need to have installed on my PC to achieve this? I have Inkscape installed on my PC to create designs, however after I have saved them in so many various extensions, none of them will open in Hatch. I also have Corel Draw 9 installed on my PC and I can't seem to get the use out of those drawings using Hatch. Please -- can someone please steer me in the right direction. Also, I read in the manual that 'Some' .svg files can be read by Hatch. Which svg files would that be? thank you, Pat. I have attached an image of a FB post that I later deleted.

Hi Patsyd,

You can import EPS & CDR but not SVG. I have found that I get the best results when inserting PNGs. I use Adobe Illustrator to I keep the AI file and then export as PNG at the size I want and 150-300dpi depending on the size of the image and how much detail I need.

See attached image to see the formats Hatch can open.
