Choosing my machine in the software

I have a brother innovis xe1 but don’t see the option in the drop down when choosing. Is my machine compatible or is there a different option I should be choosing?

Hey there!

Yes your machine is compatible. The machine list is there to help you with choosing hoops.

You can choose another Brother Machine that has the hoops you have or alternatively you can add your own machine and create your own hoops under

File menu > Software Settings > Embroidery Settings > Machine & Hoop tab

Is there going to be any machine updates? I noticed my Topaz 50 isn't in there either, and it's been out for a long time.

You don't need to worry that your machine is not in the list.

It is easy to create your machine and create hoops under:

File menu > Software Settings > Embroidery Settings > Machine and hoops
