file Running hatch on mac with parallels

Sorry, missed this earlier.

Yes, you need to get Windows 10. Parallels just creates a new "virtual computer."

I actually have 3 virtual computers on my desktop: Windows 98, Windows 10, and an older Mac OS (so I can run 1 older app).

Parallels has good support, so if you're having problems with Parallels, just contact them.

Hatch v3 does not run well in parallel, I have a problem where I can't see the design's thumbnails. I have a recent model MacBook with an M1 chip which so happens dont support Bootcamp. Version 2 showed the thumbnails, but when I upgrade to version 3, the thumbnails no longer showed in the design library. I email customer service, "which is a joke," and they couldn't figure it out. They basically told me to go and buy a windows computer. Since I can't see the thumbnails in the design library, I'm disorganized, and everything takes twice as long. I've been searching for a solution for two months now, is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, I have run windows 10 and 11 None of them will show me the thumbnail in my the design library. Hatch V2 did not have this problem. I have cleare the thumbnail cache, made show in the Folders view option that the correct box’s are un tic, nothing works. This is a version 3 issue. I have a 2020 MacBook with an M1 chip running Big Sure OSX, is that the problem?

This is frustrating and frankly it’s a nightmare. I would like to at least use Gatch V2 until a solution can be found.

I don't have a solution to your issue. But I can tell you I'm running Hatch 3 on Parallels with Windows 10 on a late 2013 Mac Desktop Pro and I don't have this issue on either Big Sur or Mojave.
