So this is my 3rd attempt to post this, and I'm at the stage where I wonder if my question is worth answering - haha! Anyway, I love the program (Composer) and have purchased it. It is doing everything I want so far, and were it not for one little issue, I'd be happy as a bee in spring.
Ever since I loaded the trial version of Hatch, I've experienced a very sluggish load time - exceeding Adobe, for instance. I get the impression that the delays are related to my having had a trial period which I then kinda converted to a purchase - right? So it's still offering to let me test drive the other versions, and then it's probably using the same sequence as the trial version of the software to get me to Composer. Maybe I need to install again?
The other thing is this authentication delay I get. I understand that we really need to be only connected to the internet every so often, so I don't understand what it's going online for - or is it? We live in one of those places where coverage is easily interrupted - is that the problem?
So all told, it's taking 2 minutes or so to load. I know it has to be something that I've done or not done, and really appreciate your guidance.
