Elastic embossed fill

I'm not sure if this has been covered here or not. I just upgraded to Hatch V2 and the option for elastic embossed fill doesn't seem to be available when I click on effects and it should be there. What have I done wrong?

Thanks that helped. I didn't realize that I had to click the icon in the top toolbar. Might have been a Senior moment.
