file Why does the machine skip the stitches?

Since the the design is only 2x3 going on a ball cap I don’t think my machine is the issue. As you see in the pics the stitches are missing there

Hello,
I'd need your actual design to check further. You can send this to us with a support ticket and we will be happy to look at it.
You can also turn True view off > then look at the stitches. if they are broken lines in this area, then they are too wide for your machine to stitch.

I'm experiencing a similar issue with 3D puff; the picture appears okay on my computer screen, but when fed into the machine, the top layer is missing.
