Hello so I am new to using Hatch for custom design... Recently I made a Jack Skellington Patch however it looks like the top threat is looping on the bottom? I thought maybe it was the tension so I tried adjusting and nothing happened... wondering if someone can look at my design and tell me what might be wrong?

I like it ... you embroidered it? I see no underlay in white area you stitch first ... or I made myside a fault. I marked all black except the outline and made a remove overlap ... so I had 16677 stitches at last. Simulated it only and for me outline and white looks a bit less overlapping for me. You have a picture of stitched patch?

And sorry me not a pro only a hobbyist
