It's time to put my 2012 Sony Vaoi out to pasture... he's just too old and slow to run Hatch for me anymore.
HOWEVER, I've been attempting to install Hatch on my new computer and it keeps crashing... is this a hardware issue on my computer's end? It's a re-spec'd gaming computer that has a brand new SSD so there's plenty of space for all of the files. Is there anyone computer savvy enough to assist?
Hatch is pure 32-bit ... more than a kernel doesn't matter ... a lot of RAM is important.
For me everything runs in a VirtualBox.
With constant crashes, it's best to check out the friendly support team.
I love Linux - Debian and work with Inkscape, Gimp ... started embroidering with InkStitch now at Hatch \o/ [would love Hatch much more when it work under Linux ][main language: german and a bit pidgin denglish]
