Embroidery machine won't read certain files

I'm trying to transfer a design i did onto my janome memory craft 350e. It shows up just fine on my USB but it does not appear anywhere when I plug it into my embroidery machine. I'm not sure what the issue is because other hatch files that have made can be read by my machine but some of them don't even show up, its as if the machine is only choosing specific files to read. Please help I am really confused about this issue I'm not sure if its my machine or the software that is the problem.

I think I might have figured out something, it turns out that my Hatch files were too big so I shrunk their size down (using the tool that shrinks them down by increments of 10%) and then sure enough they appear on my machine. If you do have the same problem as me then hopefully this should work for you too.
