Outline and Offset feature

Good day fellow embroiders. I have the Hatch 2 digitizing software and when I was watching a video on outline and offsets, I noticed that I did not have that feature along my menu bar for editing. I reinstalled the software again in hopes for any updates or something I missed. Can anyone help me with this issue.

In Hatch v2, the Outlineslines and Offsets is found in the Digitizer level under the Create Layouts Toolbox
