BIG hatch symbols for design view

hello all,

i cant find a way to get my Hatch2 to show designs in the library , unless its a design i produced, just shows the large H logo.
have tried the file in the support center but still dont work.
and help would be appreciated.

after following all the different fixes in the FAQ on hatch website, its in a worse state than when i started.
